The Occultus Dark(er) Magic Show returns to the Fringe Festival this year with all new magic effects and even darker themes. This isn’t your parent’s magic show, (or your kid’s for that matter!) In fact, if we had done some of this stuff during the reign of King James or in Salem Massachusetts, we would have been burned at the stake or hanged. Just like last year, this year’s show includes plenty of audience participation, so if you want, you can get involved with our dangerous demonstrations and experiments. Along the way, we might learn a lesson about what never to put in our mouths. What else will happen? Maybe we will learn that there is no such thing as free will. What if we tried a twisted genetic experiment? We can see what happens when a terrible plague comes to a small hapless rural village, or you could watch as we destroy stuff with a sharp kitchen knife. There will be less blood than last year, so we amped-up the horror to make up for that. Come and see what happens when a ghost hunt gets out of control! In summary, this show is for you if you prefer evil clowns over tuxedos and cute fluffy bunny rabbits. So, are you ready for slightly disgusting, disturbing and scary magic? Well then... Boo!!
